Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Brand Profile Data: Business name, industry, target audience, brand voice preferences, NMLS#, and CTA contact information (phone, email, website, calendar URL) that you provide.
Generated Content: AI-generated articles, social media posts, images, and related metadata created through the platform.
Integration Data: API keys and credentials for third-party services (GoHighLevel, Google, Blotato) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
Usage Data: Page views, feature usage, and activity logs to improve the service.
We use your information to: provide and improve the platform, generate AI-powered marketing content tailored to your brand, process payments, send notifications you opt into, and comply with legal obligations.
We do NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT use your content to train AI models. Your brand data and generated content belong to you.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
All API keys and credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use Clerk for secure authentication with support for two-factor authentication.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Generated content and campaign data will be permanently removed.
