By accessing or using CORELending AI Marketing OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CORELending AI Marketing OS is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content for mortgage brokers and real estate professionals. The Service includes SEO article generation, social media post creation, image generation, CRM integration, and content automation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You own all content generated through the Service using your brand profile and campaign data. We do not claim ownership of your generated articles, social posts, images, or any other content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Content generated by AI should be reviewed before publishing. While our compliance engine checks for common mortgage advertising violations, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
The Service includes a compliance checking engine that scans for common violations in mortgage advertising. This is provided as a tool to assist you — it does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your content meets all applicable federal, state, and local regulations including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, and state-specific advertising rules.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features.
Each plan has usage limits (brands, posts per week, campaigns). Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions. We will notify you before any restrictions are applied.
You may not use the Service to: generate misleading or deceptive content, violate any law or regulation, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or regulatory penalties resulting from AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
